Wreck surfer. Better known as a right hand break the wreck can sometimes produce amazing left hand barrels. This fearless surfer takes the challenge and reaps the rewards of a fantastic tube ride. The wreck found its name after the merchant ship tss Wollongbar was wrecked on main beach byron bay in 1921.over the decades as the ship has been eroded by tide and time sand has formed and it is now a popular surf break.
